Memories

     Each and every driver that straps into that car and drives out onto the track, in his or her own way is a champion.  Without these competetive people that go out there week after week to race plus spend countless offtrack hours working on their cars there would be no racing for us to enjoy.  I would like to take this time to congratulate each and everyone of them.  I am just sorry I can't show pictures of each one of them racing but it would be impossible to show all the cars in a short summary.

     Plus this year we meet with tragedy.  One of our very own racers lost his life in a racing accident that happened this September after his division ended racing for the year at Speedway 95.  A few days after the accident he lost his battle and we all lost a wonderful racer and good friend to many.  Allen Fletcher will be greatly missed, not just this year but many, many years down the road to come.  But he will be remembered always.

 

     Race with your heart each week, but race safely in the coming years please.
