WHATS A TOUCH-A-TRUCK FAIR????

THATS WHEN KIDS OF ALL AGES GET UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH COOL TRUCKS OF ALL KINDS!!!

BANGOR, September 7, A wide range of trucks and vehicles of all sorts and sizes will be on display for kids (and adults) to see up close, sit in the driver’s seat and talk to truckers at the Touch-A-Truck Fair on Saturday, September 7th, from 11 am till 3 pm at Speedway 95, GPS Addres: 1070 Odlin Rd. Hermon, Maine. Proceeds from the event will be donated to Camp CaPella, provider of recreational resources for children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities.

At the Touch-A-Truck Fair there will be a special section devoted to police, fire and rescue vehicles. Attending the event will be Warden Alan Curtis from the Maine Warden Service and member of the reality Television show, North Woods Law.“We’re happy to give children and adults in our community a closer look at the vehicles used in emergency situations,” observes Chief Deputy Troy Morton. Public safety vehicles at this year’s fair will include the Mobile Crime Scene Unit, a Maine State Police Crime Scene Truck, a Maine Wardens Truck, a highway safety truck plus police and fire vehicles from Bangor, Brewer, Hampden, Veazie, Orrington and Holden.
